Guarantee Description:
This letter serves as a guarantee by ABC Financial Services Inc. to fulfill the obligations of XYZ Corporation towards the Beneficiary as specified in the underlying contractual agreement, subject to the terms outlined herein.
Guarantee Terms:
The maximum liability of the Guarantor shall not exceed $500,000, and this guarantee shall remain valid until December 31, 2024, unless extended or revoked in writing.
